Caroline has always been a planner. With a background in finance and a sharp eye for detail, she's the kind of person who finds genuine joy in the logistics most people dread — and nowhere does that come together better than in travel. Based in Charlotte, she's been drawn to exploring the world for as long as she can remember: family adventures as a kid and a season spent studying in Europe gave her a lasting curiosity for how people live, eat, and see the world differently from one place to the next.
That same curiosity, paired with an instinct for organization, is what she pours into planning trips for her clients. Caroline designs itineraries that are thought through down to the small details but never feel rigid — leaving room for the things that make a trip memorable. She has a knack for the right hotel, the dinner reservation worth planning a day around, and the experiences you'd never have found on your own, backed by a network of hospitality partners who help her deliver them.
Honeymoon, family getaway, milestone trip, or a long-overdue escape, Caroline approaches each one the same way: figure out what you actually want from it, then handle everything so you can simply enjoy it. What she loves most is the part after — hearing how a trip she planned turned into a memory her clients can't stop talking about.
